March ARB Finance Launches New Customer Service Website

March Air Reserve Base, CA — The March ARB Finance team released a new customer service website as part of its “Innovating the Customer Service Experience” initiative. The website allows the team to expand its reach, bringing down barriers of location and availability allowing them to provide enhanced customer service.

Members can access the 452FM Portal using their smartphones, tablets, and personal devices 24/7 and the comfort of their own time, wherever they may be. Customers have access to information about reserve, travel, and civilian pay, training videos, forms, publications, and links to important resources and tools.

We understand member’s busy schedules. Majority of our members are reservists from the local area as well as throughout the state and even out-of-state. Their time is precious and to help them maximize their time on base we’ve added an online appointment system that they can book with us on 30 mins increments. This allows them to skip the wait and come at a time that works for them.

We are also launching the 452FM Newsletter. Member can sign up for our awesome newsletter to receive news, resources, and updates about reserve, travel, and civilian pay, and finance news that matters.

This is just one of many initiatives we are working on to enhance the way we serve and support the 452d and its mission. We always welcome feedback and ideas from our customers.
